Prince and Stokes Honda North - Just wanted to take a moment to say Happy Thanksgiving and a big THANK YOU for making getting Ted's car SO easy. After our experience with another Honda dealer in Charleston, I kept waiting for the fangs and pressure to come out which is what happened in Charleston (I'm still in shock at the way we were treated). Both you and the gentleman in finance were so gracious and helpful considering our situation (and we fully KNOW our financial situation) in trying to help put two great boys through college. I am still in amazement on how easy Tuesday night was and the respect and warm heartedness we were shown. Next time you see Ted or if you can, please send me more of those magnets and I will post them all over the hospital (yes, many people at Roper St. Francis know you - including Ira). You have earned a customer for life and I will sing your dealership praises to all. Can't wait to get my new red or silver Honda Civic!
